Job Title: Survey Project Manager
Location: Lake Zurich, IL (45 min. N/W of Chicago) and Beijing,
China.

Position Description:
Foresight is looking for a dedicated, conscientious individual to fill
the role of Survey Project Manager. Survey Project Managers are
responsible for a variety of survey projects and clients including small
to mid-size organizations and Fortune 100 corporations. Our Project
Managers interact with various members of the Foresight team to ensure
client expectations are met and exceeded.
Position Responsibilities:
• Managing all details of survey administration such as survey layout
and design, online survey setup, survey proofing, PIN generation, survey
distribution and data entry setup.
• Creating the client's database for survey collection and processing.
• Running statistical analyses using proprietary software.
• Producing results in online and paper formats.
• Facilitating day-to-day client and consultant interactions via
telephone and email.
• Improving processes to increase efficiencies and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• High attention to detail
• Excellent writing/proofing skills
• Superior organizational, communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of statistics and project management software applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workflow in a fast paced
environment.
• Bilingual in Mandarin a plus
Education: Bachelor's degree a must in a related field – project
management, business, psychology, organizational development.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience.
