Dynamics Sr Project Manager
Are you a seasoned project manager with excellent communication skills
who enjoys being a good mentor to those on your team? Do you like
working with others and leading complex and challenging implementations?
The Microsoft Dynamics Consulting practice is looking for a Project
Manager to be responsible for delivering ERP/CRM projects in North
America and throughout the world.
This position will project manage projects & strategic initiatives on
multi sites, multi national projects, and may include direct management
of project teams of up to 20 people (Microsoft, Partners, and vendors)
under his/her direct project responsibility.
This position will also be responsible for work-order/proposal
development; partnering with Microsoft Consulting Services and our
Partners to staff project teams; monitoring performance of all Microsoft
services staff and Partners on engagements; effectively communicating
with project teams and customers; and partnering with legal, sales,
product development and product support to achieve customer and
Microsoft objectives.
The Dynamics Project Manager is held accountable for customer
satisfaction, remarkable service, Partner satisfaction, backlog for
his/her projects, project profitability and employee satisfaction in
his/her projects. The Project Manager will report to the Dynamics
Project Management Director.
Qualifications and Job Criteria: The qualified candidate will have hands
on proven experience on managing ERP or CRM Project Scope, Risk
Management, Change Management, Project Protocol (QA, quality assurance,
team reference guide, communication plan, and setting up the
environment), Resources management, Administration, Track and Control
and Status Reporting.
The candidates must also demonstrate strong consulting business
development, business management, and staff leadership skills. They must
have excellent ability to drive the engagement lifecycle from inception
to completion. Furthermore, at least 5 years of CRM and/or ERP Solutions
implementation experience and knowledge are required. The ideal
candidate will have a minimum of 15 years working experience in
consulting, client/project management, high-end professional services
business development or relevant management experience. A BA/BS degree
or equivalent work experience is required. A Masters Degree is
preferred. PMP certification is strongly preferred.
